Software Developer / Programmer

Responsibilities:
§ Design, develop, test, and maintain existing web applications
§ Evaluate, recommend and develop new features
§ Produce clear and complete written technical specifications and other documentation as required
§ Meet milestones and deliverable dates
§ Communicate and collaborate with different team members and provide regular update on the progress with management
§ Adhere to all software development standards and processes
Requirements:
§ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related degree
§ Minimum 1 year experience with web-based projects
§ Experience developing applications running ASP/ PHP, Java
§ Experience with database applications using MSAccess, MySQL
§ Experience with LINUX and Windows-based environments
§ Experience with WEB 2.0 Technologies such as blogs, wikis
§ Strong understanding of Object Oriented design
§ Strong programming, networking and technical skills
§ Ability to work independently and solve problems
§ Good communication and organization skills
§ Willingness to learn
§ Team player
§ Willing to work in Makati City
§ Willing to work in a flexible schedule (evenings and weekends)
§ Active Philippine passport, a plus
§ Required language(s): English,Tagalog
