Technical Pre-Sales Executive

Basic Pre-Requisites
• Graduate of any Business, ECE or IT-related courses
• At least 5-years work experience as a technical pre-sales in a Telco / Systems Integrator or similar industry
• Has knowledge in NETWORK, VOIP and PABX
• Knowledgeable in LAN/WAN NETWORKING, VOIP and PABX
• Knowledge in Legacy Voice Signaling is an advantage
• Experience in creation of network diagram, especially in an enterprise set-up
• Articulate in English and Filipino
• Good presentation skills
• Good skills in Microsoft Office and other applications
• Motivated, fast-learner and willing to take on challenges
• Willing to work long hours, or on weekends, as needed
Job Roles and Responsibilities
• Supports the Voice and Data Sales Team in validating all sales and marketing-led event generated leads
• Assists the Channels Manager in presenting technical components in the services portfolio to existing and new partners
• Provides technical expertise to prospective clients
• Does service/network diagrams to client base
• Assists in overseeing project implementation
• Structures technical component of the services proposal
• Cross-sells new services in the portfolio to existing customers
• Aid Product Manager in the development of new services in the product road map
