Account Executive
at Twin Hearts Management Services, Inc. in Manila
Basic Pre-Requisites
•Graduate of any Business Course, Mass Communication or IT
•At least 3-years work experience in Sales and Marketing, covering micro-business
•Has knowledge in VOIP, PABX and other technical products a plus, but not a requirement
•Proficient in Presentation and Writing Skills
•Articulate in English and Filipino
•Good skills in Microsoft Office
•Motivated, fast-learner and willing to take on new challenges
•Team player
•Willing to travel most of the time
•Willing to work long hours, or on weekends, as needed
Job Roles and Responsibilities
•Validate all Voice and Data, sales and marketing-led event generated leads
•Covers Enterprise accounts validated by the tele-sales team and other hunted opportunities
•Works very closely with all levels in a corporate hierarchy
•Does product presentation and demos to customers
•Structures business cases showcasing communication cost savings versus competition
•Prepares profitability worksheets and proposals to clients
•Does marketing and product research from time to time
•Prepares weekly updates on accounts™ selling cycle
•Negotiates with all levels on commercial and technical aspects of the proposal
•Oversees project implementation
•Ensures delivery of service as scheduled
•Coordinates closely with all back-office support team in line with customer requirement
•Ensures monthly targets are met both revenue and subscriber acquisition
•Responsible for handling all sales inquiries and transactions
