Web Developer
Job Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Must have 2-3 years experience in web development
• Must have experience with Web Content Management authoring environments is strongly desired. IBM Web Content management (WCM) is preferred but other authoring environments such as Interwoven Teamsite, Oracle UCM (formerly Stellant,) Vignette, etc are relevant. The ability to understand the terms and processes relating to web content management will be important.
• Must have experience with foundational UI web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be very helpful. This is not 100% critical but it becomes very useful when content is authored and it doesn’t look right and you need to figure out what is wrong.
• High comfort level with and experience with working with complex web applications as a user.
• Must have strong technical aptitude which demonstrates the ability to understand technical explanations for how a product such WCM works and what the explanation really means. This does not mean they need to know the deep insides of the technology or how to implement it but be able to understand and explain the components and how the technology works after being trained.
• Must be willing to work in Alabang
• Full time/contract position available
