SQA Specialist
Job Description
Responsible for the development and documentation of project-specific procedures (test cases) for testing systems to ensure they conform to customer requirements and to mitigate any non-conformances found.

Job Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\‘s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Candidate must have at least 6 months to 1 year working experience in software quality testing, i.e. proficient in: different types of testing (functional testing, reliability testing, stress testing, performance testing) QA documentation (test cases, test plans and other test documents) Bug reporting, monitoring, and control.
• Must have understanding of structured testing techniques and QA methodologies
• Must have experience in the following areas counts as an advantage: automated testing tools (JUnit, Selenium, JMeter), software testing in various platforms (Java, C++) and databases (SQL, Oracle)
• Knowledge in web application testing on PL/SQL, software installation, configuration, and automation is a plus
• Must have working knowledge of web site testing using different browsers and operating systems.
• Must be able to adjust to working dynamics – from working independently or with minimum supervision to working with a team
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Must be willing to work in Makati City
