Technical Support Representatives - Pioneer Online Gaming (Makati)

•Provide assistance and excellent customer service solutions to users via in-game chat, email and voice resolution
•Utilize all available tools and resources to provide consistent, world class service
•Involve superiors when necessary in order to ensure resolution
Requirements:
•At least High School Graduate
•Strong written and verbal skills in English
•Strong background or knowledge of the technical aspect behind gaming and computer usage and troubleshooting
•Strong customer service skills
•Extensive experience with gaming
•Team player with appositive attitude
•Amenable in working graveyard hours and shifting schedules
