DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The position conducts independent quality assurance reviews for small to moderate applications to ensure that projects are developed and maintained using defined standards, specifications, policies and procedures so that these systems meet the needs of the users
• Develop test plans and write test cases/scripts for enhancements and updates to the company’s suite of products; Assisting internal staff to assess business solutions, including gathering and defining requirements, and effectively translating business needs into specifications used to create technical designs and detailed specifications
• Assist in the performance of unit and system integration testing;
• Assist in the development of user’s manual
• Working collaboratively and cohesively with all team members;

PROJECTS:
ILS and IFS version 3.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field; or two to five years related experience. Comparable IT industry experience will be considered in lieu of a degree and certifications
• Strong experience in Software Quality Assurance; Solid QA methodology, planning and execution experience, including defect management;
• Strong knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) scripting and queries. Knowledge in any quality assurance tools, PHP or PowerBuilder language is an advantage
• Must exhibit a high-level of analytical skills, troubleshooting skills and attention to details

• Must exhibit ability to multi-task; Quick learner, self-starter with strong customer service, troubleshooting and communication skills;
