Job Description:
Human Resources Section
1. Prompt administration of compensation changes
2. Updated records on compensation information
3. Prompt processing of benefit availments and feedback to employees
4. Updated policies and guidelines on benefit availments
5. Complete documentation of personnel movements
6. Staff compliance with policies, guidelines and procedures
7. Staff productivity and training
Legal Section
1. Review various legal and administrative documents such as contracts,
affidavits, Secretary’s Certificate, Board Resolution, memorandum
2. Compose communications to various offices and government agencies
3. Review communications, documents and proposals (incoming and
outgoing)
4. Coordinate with companies and government offices regarding matters
relevant to the business
5. Represent the company in industry meetings and some business
community gatherings
6. Attend to the application and membership concerns of the Executive
Committee in various clubs and organizations
7. Coordination with Makati Head Office on the memoranda issued by the
Management.
