Auditor
at HR Select Inc. in Pasig City
Male, 30 to 35 years old; graduate of Accountancy; must be an auditor
with at least two (2) years of service in a manufacturing company; to cover
nationwide audit functions.
Job Description:
1.Selects with the audit manager the next possible auditee based
on audit priorities laid down as a result of analysis on auditee’s
performance and historical figures.
2. Prepares objectives and scope of the audit with the audit manager.
3. Develops the audit approach and outlines the report expectations with
the audit manager.
4. Arranges and conducts the opening conference and discussions with
auditee prior to actual audit.
5.Supervises the performance of audit and the review of internal
controls, reviews working papers, and assists as needed.
6.Informs the audit manager and the division head of the works
progress or status.
7. Consults with the audit manager about the need for expanded testing
and prepares audit program changes for expanded testing.
8. Reviews and comments on summary findings sheet during the audit.
Organizes them and discusses it with the audit manager.
9. Organizes and drafts the audit report from the summary findings
sheets, consults with the audit manager, and clears wording of
findings with applicable auditors.
10. Ensures the distribution of the final report and cross-references the
final copy of the report to summary findings sheets and files the final
copy of the report.
11. Determines the need for audit follow-up in consultation with the audit
manager, prepares the program for immediate follow-up procedures
and supervises performance of such procedures.
12. Complies any needed follow-up information on the level of auditee
compliance on the recommendations reported and obtain the approval
of the audit manager for dismissal of the audit assignment.
13. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
