eComEngine, a US-based e-commerce software engineering and consulting company is beefing-up its Virtual Team in the Philippines. It urgently needs .NET programmers who has the following qualifications
Bachelors or higher in related field is desirable
Minimum 5 years experience in software development.
Minimum 3 years experience using the following technologies:
- NET web development
- VB.net / C#
- SQL Server, including stored procedures and relational database design
- Visual Studio
- Web services (XML, REST, SOAP)
Experience with some or all of the following is desirable:
- Software development "life cycle", including research, design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, deployment maintenance, support
- AJAX
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Service-oriented architecture
- Windows Communication Foundation
- Windows Workflow Foundation
- LINQ to SQL and LINQ to XML
- Telerik controls
- MySQL
- Windows Server 2008, IIS
Other Requirements
- Has the ability to quickly capture functional specifications, and contribute to refining such specifications in a virtual workgroup environment.
- Able to use the internet and other resources to quickly research and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Independent and self-motivated.
- Able to work during normal EST US work hours to collaborate on software projects.
- Reliable and conscientious.
- Has own PC and reliable internet connection at home.
- Backup internet is desirable if main connection is subject to outages.
- Good work ethics
