Possible work schedule: Part time role, 11AM – 3PM MNL timezone
Skill(s) / Requirements

• Strong working knowledge and experience in using spreadsheets, both Google SS and MS Excel
• Must have strong organizational skills.
• An eye for detail/s; must be able to identify errors
• Very good written English communication skills; most communication will be by email
• Knowledge of Quality, Health & Safety systems. ISO 9001 and AS 4801.
• General knowledge of database concepts

• Experience with occupational health and safety is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage lists, match data and general understanding of database concepts (data integrity, data normalization, relationship types such as one to many).
• Create a report to a template from list data, and identify errors in that process.
• Enter data from handwritten scanned forms, into spreadsheet.
• Assemble reports in Google Docs and MS Word by inserting tables from spreadsheets.

• Receive scanned field documents, enter into system, identify non-complying data, produce reports.
