Job Description
Responsible for coordinating the development of new software solutions and doing all the necessary research and taking advantage of new technologies as they become available.
Job Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Candidate must have at least 1-2 years working experience in systems development preferably in developing applications using Java
• Must be knowledgeable in core Java and Object Oriented Programming Concepts
• Must have basic knowledge of web-based technologies/languages such as JSP, Javascript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, XML and XSLT
• Preferably capable of authoring web UI design
• Must be knowledgeable on open source technologies and client/server architecture
• Must have familiarity with the following technologies is considered a plus: Apache Lucene, PostgreSQL, PHP scripting, PHP CMS systems and frameworks
• Must have good documentation and communication skills
• Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with aggressive schedules and status reporting requirements
• Must be willing to work in Makati City
• Full time/permanent position available
