Job Description
• Complex technical problem resolution via phone
• Comprehensive documentation of issue
• Escalation as necessary
Job Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\‘s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Candidate must have at least 4 years experience in a help desk environment
• Must have ability to react quickly and effectively in a high pressure, time-sensitive environment
• Must have excellent customer service and communications skills
• Call Center experience is a plus.
• Must have background experience in Linux/Unix operating system, CLI Certifaction, RH124 Red Hat System Administration , RH253 Red Hat Linux Networking and Security Administration, Database experience, PostgreSQL and structured query language
• Must have experience in T1/VoIP configuration and troubleshooting and Asterisk
• Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
• Full time/permanent position available
