LOTUS NOTES ADMINISTRATOR
The role focuses on providing 1st-3rd line support for Lotus Notes email and database environment, as well as the core business services and applications that rely on them.
Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Programming or any IT-related course
At least three years Lotus Notes administration experience in a 2nd or 3rd line support role
Excellent oral and written English skills
CLP/PCLP qualification in Lotus Notes administration
Working technical knowledge of current Lotus Notes systems software, protocols, and standards, including SMTP, HTTP,NRPC, IMAP and DAOS
Working technical knowledge of Lotus Domino Server and platform operating systems, including Lotus Domino 8 and Windows 2000 server
Experience with Lotus Notes database management including Replication, ACL amendment, design refreshes
Lotus Notes development skills and ITIL experience or qualification preferred, but not required
Able to work on variable shift schedule including nights, holidays and weekends as required
Previous experience working for a multinational company and providing remote IT support an advantage
