My company builds custom price comparison search engine niche sites.

Each site is an automated affiliate profit site based on a defined niche (topic).
We are growing so fast that we need to find more skilled web designers to help build these sites.
(My latest web designer has been full time since April)
We also offer services such as setting up their affiliate networks and merchants, helping them find the best
search engine keywords (key phrases), Getting backlinks from high page rank websites, and setting up
their Google Analytics, eBay, Clickbank, Adsense IDS in their website.
So you must be able and willing to do these tasks also.
We are looking for *** A LONG TERM / PERMANENT WORKER *** that will normally work 40 hours (or more) each week .
Note: Once you are up to speed in a month or so, you will start getting bonuses for each site created.
My current web designer with 6 months experience makes MORE in bonuses than regular pay!
So we need someone who is talented enough to :
1) Know which colors work well together.
2) Can modify a site like you see above to fit a different niche.
3) Knows how to edit .php files (programming not required but a BIG PLUS)
4) Has a basic technical knowledge like being able to FTP in and upload graphics and
