Full Time PHP Programmer - Ongoing Job

I'm looking for an good PHP programmer with at least 3 years of experience.
This is a home based job for you, means you need your own computer and fast Internet connection.
You must have a quiet place to work and feel comfortable speaking over IM messenger.
I'm located in the USA.
We just launched a Wordpress Multi User (WPMU) based web business that is growing at a rapid pace
and we can't keep up with the business.
It's a membership site where we automatically create complete websites about specific topics.
It's running on a standard LAMP environment.
I need a problem solver, someone who is reliable, trustworthy, honest, and growth oriented.
This will not be a job cranking out code like a machine all day.
You will be doing extremely interesting, challenging, and exciting work.
You will be carrying out many different varied tasks so you should be comfortable in multi-tasking.
I need someone full time, that means you are working exclusively for me and have no other jobs beside this one.
Weekly payment is negotiable. I pay via Paypal (preferred) or other methods which we can discuss.
What I need you do to:
- Handle Support Tickets
- Fix Bugs (HTML, CSS, PHP)
- Implement new features
- Do Research
- Wordpress plugins
- Custom PHP programming, creating new programs from scratch
- You must know HTML, MySQL
- CSS, Graphics ability is a big plus.
- WPMU, SEO is a HUGE plus
Your English (especially written) must be excellent.
You must be available via Online messenger (Skype preferred).
Hours: 40 hours per week. I am 12 hours behind you (EST - Boston Time).
We will need to have some overlapping hours.
When responding, please include:

- Portfolio of your completed work (if available),
- What hours you are available. If you are putting down that you
will work night hours, explain if you have done this before and
