Senior Service Operations Manager
• Preferably not over 45 years old and resides in nearby areas( like Pasig, Cainta, Marikina, Quezon City, Makati, Taguig, Mandaluyong, Manila)
• At least 5 years of experience in service operations, preferably in IT industry, 3 years of which in managerial position
• Skills / Knowledge required:
1. Management of daily service delivery and operations.
2. Customer service
3. System and computer operations and peripherals
4. IT Maintenance services (hardware and software)
5. Disaster recovery
6. Data monitoring
7. In-warranty and out-of-warranty services
8. Organizing, prioritizing, scheduling and monitoring staff work and services
9. Written and verbal communication skills
10. Creativity, conflict resolution, problem solving, decision-making
11. Listening
12. Ability to work under pressure
13. Leadership and Managerial Skills (visioning, planning, managing and motivating people, performance management and monitoring, achieving target, time management, training personnel and the like)
