* Sources UK candidates using our candidate database, Monster, Career Builder and search internet engines * Screen candidate resumes against assigned job requirements * Interview candidates to gather relevant work / career history and assess their suitability for assigned open requirements * Prepare written candidate profile presentations / arguments highlighting the candidates suitability for the position they are recruiting for

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess atleast a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology or equivalent. * 5 years of recruiting experience * Excellent English Skills * Excellent written communication skills * Recruiting in the UK Market / UK Candidates * Candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing professional candidates for both Contract as well as Regular Full Time positions (Passive Recruiting and Candidate Resume Screening) * Candidate Behavioral Interviewing * Good Negotiating skills
