SYSTEMS ENGINEER (Platform Solutions)
at Columbia Technologies, Inc. in Manila
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or equivalent knowledge of server hardware/software platform and/or technologies (Microsoft, HP, ACER, IBM)
- 1+ years of Sales and Systems Engineering experience selling and/or deploying platform solutions
- Demonstrated troubleshooting experience of various server products and technologies including but not limited to DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, NAT, etc
- Experience developing service related documentation and detailed action plans required to resolve simple to complex technical issues
- Ability to learn new technologies in a fast paced environment and willingness to work in a startup
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills and experience developing customer facing technical documentation using Microsoft Office Application Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel and Visio
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer/partner projects
- An excellent knowledge of enterprise platform solutions/architecture
- Goal oriented, self-motivated
- Able to work independently, but also in a team environment
- Any server OS/hardware-related certification achieved is an advance
