100 Technical Support Specialists

Responsibilities:
-Provide technical support to fulfill SLA of tickets assigned to PC operations.
-Provide desk side support to users if Helpdesk cannot resolve problem
-Perform minor repairs of desktops, notebooks, printers and other replaceable accesories as allowed by warranty or existing agreement.
-Hardware troublehooting and problem isolation
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , -Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
-Required language(s): English, Filipino
-At least 2 years of experience in technical field
-Highly knowledgeable in hardware/software applications
-Strong analytical and excellent communication skills
-Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
-Full-Time positions available.
