full time Japanese Customer Helpdesk – Dayshift

It is a leading BPO company known for their multichannel customer services. They have digital solution, analytic solution BPO non-interaction, best location, contact center, internet interaction, vip and specialized solution and connection. They have been providing customer support for since 1978.

Position: Japanese Customer Helpdesk – Dayshift
Salary: P40,000 - P50,000
Location: Makati City
Schedule: DAYSHIFT

Responsibilities:
• Provide quality customer service via phone, email or chat
• Responsible in providing solutions regarding their technical concerns about the products.
• Responds to end-user problems based on standard procedures
• Handle tracking of incidents and calls and responsible for documenting customer
transactions.

Requirements:
• Native or Non-Native Japanese
• Can speak, read and write Japanese
• JLPT Certificate is not required
• Must be fluent in English
• NO age limit
