Requirements:

5+ years experience in Linux Server Administrations
RHCE Certified
Experienced on 10g/11g Dell Servers troubleshooting
Experienced working in a High-Availability, load balanced Environment.
Experienced on Oracle RAC cluster
Disaster Recovery skills.

Education:

Bachelors Degree Major in Computer Science/Engineering and other related Discipline
Linux Certification is definitely an advantage.
Linux scripting skills is an advantage
