Knowledge:
1.Good understanding of the software development process, relational database management systems (RDBMS) concepts and object-oriented programming.
2.Must be an expert in at least two of the following: Java, J2EE, J2ME, C++
3.Experience in using the following tools is an advantage: Eclipse, Netbeans, IBM Rational tools
4.Familiarity with mobile and web applications is a plus
Skills:
1.Able to create software architecture and detailed design documents
2.Implement software modules based on high-level specifications
3.Develop unit and integration test cases
4.Create and maintain documentation
5.Manage team source code integration
6.Supervise and mentor a team of up to 12 developers
Experience:
1.At least five years experience in large-scale software development
2.Experience in managing a team of at least five developers
3.Prior experience in multi-tier, enterprise or SOA projects is required
