Portal Architect

Basic Work Responsibilities or KRAs:
· Orchestrate Portal Capability Builds
· Create detailed specifications on Portal Capability Builds
· Create and Implement Roadmap of Portal Capabilities
· Explore and recommend new portal technologies
· Align business process and strategies to Portal Architecture
· Formulate Portal Standards
· Ensure reuse of portal capabilities and components
· Implement Opex / Capex efficiencies through process and technology optimizations.
· Implement seamless user experience among portal platforms through business and UX orchestration.
· Subject matter expert on Business planning and ideation to guide business counterparts in decision making.
Qualifications:
Sex: M/F
Age: 22-35
Education: College graduate - Industrial Design, Computer Science, or related degree
Relevant Experience: 2-5 years of relevant work experience in UI, interaction design, and visual design at a web or mobile company
Training:
Graphic Design and knowledge in Web Design (Image optimization for web use)
Skills:
· Must demonstrate IT architecture and process analytics skills
· Knowledge in common web technologies is a must
· Must have background in developing and architecting web apps/internet based apps
· Must have knowledge in creating and architecting highly scalable apps
· JAVA, Oracle, BPEL, Portlet Development, XML, XHTML, CSS, PHP, Python, Ruby etc. background preferred but not required.
· Must have knowledge in web technologies and social media
· Must have keen usability skills
