Responsibilities:

*Implements and maintains a support community discussion forum *Provides technical support to clients via the forum and email *Assists clients in resolving reported application issues or finding workaround solutions *Generates a regular report to our clients on outstanding support issues *Liaises with internal teams on issue updates and externally to clients *Works on various support resources projects to improve the overall service experience for clients

Requirements:

*Degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline *Excellent written & verbal communications skills in English *Excellent presentation & interpersonal skills *Able to coordinate work processes in a systematic manner *Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, SQL & PHP programming is a must *Demonstrated ability to master new technologies and tools *Any experience in Java & web applications is a plus *Willingness to learn new technologies and tools

Mandatory skills:

*Excellent verbal & written English communications skills *Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML & SQL *Knowledge in PHP programming to implement a PHP discussion forum

Secondary skills:

Java programming experience is an advantage
