SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
HansaWorld, an International ERP and CRM business software vendor, is seeking to employ a Software Developer for our offices in Philippines
Purpose and Scope
Hansa Application Language (HAL), has been developed by HansaWorld and is a C-based programming language. The application programmer is responsible for customization of the HansaWorld ERP software and its derivatives to the customers' requirements. This is a customer-orientated role.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, test, and document HAL work
- Evaluate user requests for new or modified programming
- Provide technical consultations to colleagues
- Main point of contact for HAL issues for partners and customers
- Conduct classroom training for customers on the use of the software
- Consulting existing customers on version upgrades
- Software support
- Act on sales opportunities
Requirements
- Degree/diploma in Information Technology/Informatics/Development
- Good knowledge of C and Visual Basic programming languages
- 1-2 years business software programming experience or related beneficial
- Fluent English command, both verbal and written
- Good communication skills to work with customers, partners and colleagues internationally
- Eager to learn and take responsibility; organised and self-motivated individual
- Fluent Tagalog, both verbal & written;
- Valid drivers license;
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
