Responsibilities:
An HRsmart Developer is creative, a very good software and database designer with strong object oriented design skills, can work independently, has good communications skills and can brainstorm with the team on new ideas. In addition, the ideal candidate works well in a fast paced environment and deals professionally with both teammates and clients in order to meet business and technical demands.
* Develop new solutions using industry standard technologies (specifically HTML, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL). * Provide input on web platform design and configuration to maximize application performance. * Suggest code and design optimizations to improve the scalability of the applications and maximize performance. * Maintain and write new unit tests to ensure the quality of the application. * Demonstrate strong understanding of web application architecture and object oriented technology as implemented in a LAMP environment. * Write technical documentation from functional specifications * Work with Quality Control to identify and address any issues with the software.Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\‘s/College Degree or equivalent work experience. * Required skill(s): PHP, MySQL, JAVASCRIPT. * At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. * Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City. * Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent. * Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status * Full-Time positions available. * • 1+ years of hands-on PHP with strong web application development experience. * • 1+ years of experience with MySQL. * • 2+ years of experience with HTML. * • 1+ years of experience with JavaScript. * • 1+ years of experience with XML. * • 1+ years of experience with Linux. * • Highly desired – experience with Apache. * • Highly desired – experience with Subversion, CVS, or git. * • Demonstrated ability to work very well under pressure and keep abreast of current technology. * • Excellent project management and multitasking capabilities. * • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills with little supervision.Application Developer 2
