Systems Analyst / Programmer

Responsibilities:
-The position is responsible for analyzing business report requirements and designing solutions and translates business requirements to technical specs and logical DB model design.
-Performs business rule and process analyzes and reach sound, logical conclusions regarding customer needs and business requirements.
-Understands and applies the analysis of functional requirements to the development of systems proposals, specifications and recommendations for efficient, cost effective information systems and technology solutions.
-Facilitates the leads customer meetings and negotiate understanding and agreement.
-Provide lead work direction and performs project lead responsibilities, including developing logical, efficient project plans, establishing priorities,assigning and delegating tasks, providing guidance and training to the team members, anticipating and avoiding problems, monitoring and managing task completion and working collaboratively with team members, other Information System staff and customer groups to ensure project accountability.
-Balance responsibilities for multiple projects to ensure timely results in accordance with quality standards. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex systems problems; evaluate alternatives and make sound independent decisions within established guidelines.
-Communicate clearly and effectively to diverse audiences of technical and non-technical personnel orally and in writing; plan and conduct effective customer training programs; prepare clear, concise and accurate documentation, reports of work performed; project management reports and other written materials.
-Read, interpret,explain and apply technical information on business processes, software and hardware for technical and non-technical users; keep technical skills current to meet continuing applications development assignments; establish and maintain effective customer focused working relationships with managers, customers, vendors, consultants, employees and others encountered in the course of work.
Requirements:
* Bachelor\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\‘s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or other degree in Math and Sciences. * At least 3-5 years development and systems analysis experience.
