HPAL Operator

Key Responsibilities
• Work on shift to complete production task as required.
• Ensure the functions are safe and in working condition.
• Monitor identity and report any irregularities to the appropriate maintenance team to rectify.
• Maintain and ensure the team is proficient in the given daily task.
• Comply with all safety requirements and observe all company policies and procedures.
• Carry out other duties as directed.
Qualifications & Essential Experience & Qualities
• Grade 12 education with some work experience in the similar field.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in leaching industry.
• Applicants with laterite leaching experience are preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills and demonstrate capacity to work in a challenging environment.
• Must demonstrate teamwork qualities, participate, self motivated and culturally sensitive.
