Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities
• Establish procedures, standards and regulation and provide technical support to the electrical equipment maintenance.
• Relevant exposure to recruitment, training, mentoring for team o Evaluate electric system running to optimum status.
• Ensuring that all employees and contractors comply with all the safety requirements and all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Essential Experience & Qualities
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years working experience in automation maintenance and management.
• Well versed with the PNG safety regulations related to all spectrums of the electrical system and maintenance.
• High level of proficiency in oral and written communications skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and demonstrate capacity to work in a challenging environment and is driven to effectively produce and deliver results.
• Must demonstrate strong leadership qualities, values team work, self motivated and culturally sensitive.
• Licensed/ registered electrical engineer.
