Beneficiation Engineer

Key Responsibilities
• Beneficiation technical management.
• Make beneficiation production schedule according to the production plan of the mine.
• Implement technical and safety procedures of beneficiation plant to reach the target.
• Assist in troubleshooting of beneficiation plant.
• Optimize the beneficiation production process and parameters for improvement of recovery and efficiency.
• Comply with all safety requirements and observe all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Essential Experience & Qualities
• Bachelor's degree in mining or mineral processing and/or a registered beneficiation engineer.
• Minimum five (5) years experience in mining or mining processing or similar areas o High level of proficiency in oral and written communications skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and demonstrate capacity to work in a challenging environment and is driven to effectively produce and deliver results.
• Strong leadership qualities, values team work, self motivated and culturally sensitive.
