Position: Japanese Customer Support Specialist
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: up to P110,000 (Negotiable)
Schedule: Shifting with weekends off

Benefits:
• Very competitive salary package
• Performance incentive monthly (up to 30%)
• 25% night differential rate
• 15 Vacation Leaves with carry-over

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to handle all the customer concerns
• Offer a friendly and efficient service to clients and customers
• Responsible for taking phone calls in a professional way especially in urgent situations
• Responsible to resolve and escalate issues appropriately
• Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources
• Responsible in monitoring and controlling the various contemporary tasks

Requirements:
• Native Japanese
• Preferably someone who has permanent VISA in the Philippines
• Preferably with minimum of 6 months BPO experience
• Customer Service experience is a big advantage
