full time PURCHASING ASSISTANT

Job Description:
• Graduate of any course, if undergraduate – depending on experience / Female / Mid to late 20’s
• Must have at least 1-2 years’ experience, preferably with experience from retail, medical equipment/products, marketing and IT
• Ensures that all records of goods ordered and received are complete and updated
• Locate vendors/suppliers of materials, equipment or supplies and interviews them to determine product specification, availability and terms of sales
• Prepare check payments to suppliers
