Position Title: Microsoft .Net Developer
Goldz Management Services an executive search firm we have a combined of over 40 years experience specialized in recruitment and outsourcing process through out Philippines and other countries in Asia Pacific. Currently partnered by a Global Consulting Firm that focused on Human search for .net developers
The successful candidate will have opportunities to develop consultancy skills.
Some travel will be required.
Responsibilities:
? Design, code, test, and debug software systems under the direction of the project manager or team leader.
? Work with team members to define detailed specifications for specific system and sub-system functionality requirements.
? Develop applications per detailed specifications using specified programming languages, tools, and techniques.
? Deliver unit-tested systems timely that meet specification functionality requirements
? Troubleshoot technical problems.
? Research new developments in hardware and software. Keep abreast of latest developments regarding effective procedures, methods, and tools in software development and testing.
? Assist in determining requirements for estimating project budget and timelines.
? Provide technical support for both clients and internal end users on developed systems.
? Participate in client meetings and understand business needs driving technology
Qualifications:
? Associates degree in computer science, engineering, management information systems or related area
? .Experience or training in: RDBMS, SQL, HTTP, ASP, Visual Basic, C/C++, VBscript, COM+, C#, ASP.Net.
? Experience in systems development techniques and methodologies (data modeling, entity relationship diagramming and functional decomposition) are preferred.
? Functional or industry knowledge of one or more of the following is preferred, but not required:
Pension/retirement systems
HRIS products/implementations
Process reengineering
Employee Self Service Systems (Voice Response, Web, Multimedia
,etc.).Compensation
The successful candidate will be able to :
? Actively and effectively participate on a team.
? Demonstrate strong communication and time management skills.
? Be available for extended work hours.
? Complete several projects at a time, with tight deadlines.
? Pay attention to and follow through on details.
? Demonstrate client service focus and flexibility in supporting client requests.
? Demonstrate commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
? Demonstrate the ability and desire to learn and accept new tools, concepts, and challenges quickly.
? Demonstrate the willingness to accept new challenges
? Demonstrate the willingness to assist team members in whatever way necessary to reach successful completion of the tasks at hand.
