Responsibilities:

* Develop Web 2.0-inspired applications in an agile environment * Analyze client requirements and come up with elegant and practical solutions * Write optimized code using an MVC framework in PHP and/or Python * Design and develop data plumbing systems for various data sources

Requirements:

* Advance skills in PHP, SOAP, XML, RPC, JavaScript, Ajax, MySQL and/or PostgreSQL * Working knowledge of Model-View-Controller (MVC) design principles * Experience in using development frameworks such as Code Igniter, Symfony, Django (Python), or Ruby on Rails (Ruby) * Knowledge in Python or Ruby a big plus * Able to construct optimal SQL queries * Can code in either Mac, Linux, or Windows environment * Web design skill also a big plus * Likes to solve complex problems * Above average english skills both oral and written * Required language(s): English, Filipino
