Position: Spanish Retail Technical Support

Salary: P85,000

• Preferably Non-Native Spanish speaker
• Can speak, read and write Spanish
• At least high school graduate
• Customer Service & Technical support experience is a big advantage
• Amenable to work on shifting schedules and graveyard shifts

• Responsible in taking phone call from Spanish in-store representative
• Gather information for reported technical issues and concern
• Deescalate 60% of excess tickets
• Follow step by step troubleshooting process to resolve issues
• Record information for further investigation of level 2 IT Support
• Manage hardware and software tickets
