Responsibilities:

* Define software requirements and validate with the client. * Participate in estimating effort required for analysis and development * Develop software design using methodologies such as object-oriented design, design patterns and UML notation * Develop codes and adhere to coding standards * Plan and execute unit tests * Maintain existing software * Manage and control versions of source codes, binaries and other artifacts * Participate in quality activities such as use case reviews, design reviews, code reviews * Comply with standard software engineering practices and recommend improvements

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics or equivalent. * Candidate should have proven application development skills using C#/VB .Net, ASP .Net, Sharepoint and SQL Server. * Candidate should have proven systems analysis and design skills (preferably Object-Oriented Analysis and Design) * Can work well with development standards and good independent worker type who doesn’t have to be monitored to deliver specific modules. * Will not struggle on understanding DB schemas and how to work stored procedures and large databases. * Required language(s): English, Filipino * At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. * Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent. * 2 Full-Time positions available.
