Expert System and Cloud Administrator

Looking for an expert system and cloud administrator to implement mail authentications and help making emails more legit to mail services.
Requirements :
*Have at least 4 years experience in system adminstration
*Deployed successfully mail setups with different authentications based on Postfix (SPF, DKIM...)
*Successful experience in cloud computing environments like Amazon/Gogrid/Rackspace/Joyent…
*Very good knowledge of mailing-related issues (as fixing issues like mails going to spam)
Hourly rate/job cost can be discussed.
