Linux Systems Administrator
at RCG Information Technology in Manila
• Must have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related area.
• Must have relevant working experience in SUSE linux server administration, installation, patch updates, and system maintenance.
• Must have relevant experience as a technical support engineer person in enterprise environment.
• Must have relevant experience in providing back-end support to other technical support teams.
• Ideally familiar with SUSE linux security, although this is optional.
• Ideally familiar also working with system monitoring tools, although this is optional.
Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:
• Novell Certified Linux Engineer (SUSE linux enterprise server).
• Relevant working experience in a controlled enterprise environment and familiarity with ITIL framework.
• Knowledge of system and network security, including knowledge of Standards, policies and technologies
