Roles and Responsibilities:

• Will be involved in the design and development of web based and desktop applications depending on the requirements of the project
• Develop code modules and conduct unit testing
• Develop project documentation as required

• Work with Clients and Scrum Masters to develop product backlog and work break down structure estimations

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of any IT-related, Engineering or Math course with excellent academic record
• With at least five (5) years work experience as .Net Developer with actual project involved in full Software Development Life Cycle (report gathering, conceptual design, detailed design, implementation, testing and deployment)
• At least one (1) year experience in a lead position
• Must have experience in developing both windows and web applications
• Excellent oral and written communication
• With experience in database development and design using one or more major DBMS tools from a .Net Environment
• With very good knowledge in .Net framework and Object Oriented Programming concepts
• Must have exemplary skills in programming, program debugging and maintenance, application, integration, system installation and solution design
• With relevant experience in Silverlight, UML, Web Services, XML, XSL, CSS and project documentation (program specifications, unit test plans, technical design, etc.) is an advantage

• With Experience in handling the following is a plus:

• With experience in developing business applications such as HR, Accounting, e-Commerce and B2B is desired

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, fast learner, analytical and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills:

• .Net framework 2.0
• C#.Net, VB.Net
• MS SQL Server and Structured Query Language
• HTML, JavaScript
• BizTalk 2004/2006 is desired
• SharePoint Server is desired

• WPF, Silverlight and AJAX is an advantage
