• IT expertise in telephony specifically in touchstar system and MS SQL Administration.
• can work on shifting schedules
• 1-2 years work related experience
• good communication skills both oral and written
• Vast knowledge in Window Servers,telephony specifically touchstar and MS SQL Administration.

• should be willing to be on shift and on-call.
