Qualifications:

• Male or Female
• A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, Biology, Fisheries and other related courses
• With Masters Degree is an advantage
• with at least five (5) years solid experience as Quality Assurance Supervisor/Manager
• With at least eight (8) years experience in Quality Assurance related works
• With thorough knowledge on ISO 9001 & 22000, HACCP, GMP & SSOP and other Quality Assurance related functions
• Must have thorough knowledge on Fishing/Tuna Industry
• Must have attended several Quality Assurance related seminars or trainings given by different certified organizations
• Must have Good Leadership & Managerial Skills
• Must have Solid Problem Solving and Organizational Skills
• Must have Strong skills and experience in strategic planning and decision making
• Must have satisfactory level of communication skills
• Strong Computer Skills
• People smart person, Flexible, Highly motivated, Creative, Dynamic and Hardworking
• Can work under pressure
• With good moral character

• Mentally and physically healthy
