Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering or any related course
• Must be based in the Philippines
• Must have equivalent work experience in IT or any related field
• Good programming and software development background is a plus
• Project Management experience is a plus
• Familiarity with CMMI and project management concepts and process is an advantage
• Must have strong analysis and problem solving skills
• Must have strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Must have strong initiative and follow-through
• Must be a quick learner and is eager to learn
