- Two (2) years of experience developing applications in C++. Preferable to have
at least five (5) years of software development experience
• Experience with software programming, experience using C++ (minimum 2 years),
OOA - OOD
• Ability to deal with ambiguity
• Ability to prioritize work load/task
• Understands that requirements can change and is able to adopt to and/or shift
priorities as needed
• Keep skills current with new technologies
• Ability to work in a structured development process
• Hard working, quality conscious, self motivating
• Excellent English communication skills in both oral and written, and a strong
desire to work in a cross-cultural team
• Extensive development experience in Microsoft Visual C++ and UI-based
development using MFC
• Experience in using Microsoft development tools - Visual Studio, Visual
SourceSafe, etc
• Experience in Windows application development
• Knowledge in COM, ATL, STL
• Preferably has experience with large-scale systems development

Desired:

• Recent experience in Windows development using Visual Studio, VC++, .NET
framework, C#, Web Services
• Working knowledge of Windows security
• Knowledge and experience with Man-Machine Interface (MMI) in manufacturing
environments.

Educational Degree (s):

• Minimum of a 4 year Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
