Hello,

I'm Looking for a developer who is advanced with the best practices of Ruby on Rails. The job will require a solid English speaking skills as well as knowledge of Basecamphq and GIT.

Knowledge with AJAX and Javascript is a plus.

I'd like to pay either on a monthly or project basis.
