-Possesses thorough understanding of Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and MS Exchange Server
-Administration of MS Exchange Server, Windows active directory domain and internet infrastructure.
- Experience in Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting, and Patch Management
2. Communication
- Identifies audience and delivers appropriate information
- Provides information in a manner that others can understand
- Listens to others and asks appropriate questions to understand issues
- Able to communicate in a sensitive professional way
- Writes clearly and effectively
