This position is responsible for providing technical support to the company’s clients.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience in a technical role in systems and/or network operations (LAN/WAN/Wireless technologies)
• Working Knowledge in Windows Server and Linux.
• Knowledge in ITIL or Six Sigma methodologies would have an advantage.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated, energetic and committed to achieving results.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting software/hardware problems either through by phone, remote access or onsite service.
• Responsible for answering/resolving e-mail or telephone inquiries/problems
• Conduct product demo or POC.
• Support sales team in customer queries and scoping.

• Such other functions that may be assigned by the management
