PHP and Web Developer

Join our team in Iloilo, and maybe find a long term contracting position! We our growing our company, and want to locate 2-4 new team members!
Minimum Requirements
1. Experience with PHP and PHP development tools.
2. Knowledge and experience with MySQL, especially in the context of PHP development.
3. Understanding and ability to learn the architecture and APIs of PHP-based systems such as Wordpress, Drupal, PHPBB, Joomla/Mambo, Code Igniter, and others.
4. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, DHTML, and AJAX.
Nice To Have
1. Good knowledge of Apache, .htaccess, and Linux.
2. Understanding and experience with jQuery.
3. Background in usability and software interface design.
4. Digital imaging using Adobe Photoshop and/or similar tools such as GIMP.
5. SEO orientation.
6. Knowledge of Apache mod_rewrite and similar mods.
Responsibilities
1. Develop PHP applications using the Code Igniter framework, and other similar frameworks.
2. Design and develop secure and efficient PHP-based web solutions that conform to client requirements, utilizing suitable PHP tools and technologies.
3. Maintain and extend all PHP-based corporate web applications.
4. Assist in testing and securing PHP-based web applications.
5. Conduct research and produce Proof of Concepts of PHP-based web solutions.

We will be in Iloilo interviewing from 20 May 2010 through 26 May 2010.
