Our client is a leading IT Services provider for companies across the MENA region. They are part of a very well respected European Holding Company with over 30 years experience providing IT solutions and systems integration to clients across the region.
Our client has strong development and growth plans for 2010 and is now looking for experienced Implementers to join their team in Amman, Jordan
• Finance Application Implementer
• SCM Application Implementer
• ERP Application Implementer
• ERP Senior Application Implementer
(Job title will depend on previous experience)
JOB OVERVIEW:
Interact with all levels and groups to implement, support, and maintain the system. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining system documentation, leading and/or participating in related projects, as well as defining, creating, and maintaining reports.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for consulting to IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities
• Responsible for designing, planning, and implementing systems as they relate to Oracle
• Specific responsibilities include the following, as it relates to Oracle Modules: - Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, designs and specifies functional and technical solutions and provides project management through solution implementation
• Designs test cases that ensure that implemented solutions function without error or disruption to business operations
• Develops and maintains a complete and accurate understanding of how one or more business units conduct its business
• Maintains a detailed knowledge of the business current technology and infrastructure
• Takes ownership of problems or support issues that arise in the operation of assigned business systems, ensuring that all issues are resolved in an expedient fashion and to user satisfaction
• Works with team to implement and support them in a production environment and participates in the ongoing analysis of new releases, including set up, testing and implementation when appropriate
• Works with end-users to provide functional and technical expertise for system issues
• Deliver functional consulting and education services at customer sites
• Build know-how and develop expertise in domain field products
• Provide daily activity reporting against plans and schedules
• Engagement in projects may include various project roles such as project coordinating team leading in addition to implementation consulting
• Responsible for any other related activity as requested by his/her direct Manager
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and interact effectively with others
• Must possess strong communication skills
• Have strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Understanding of SQL and SQL Server preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Finance Application Implementer
• 2 years experience in FINANCE, databases, and end-user training
• Experience supporting and/or implementing web-based recruiting systems and payroll interfaces a plus
• Prior experience with ADP payroll systems a plus
• Strong report writing skills using Crystal Reports
• Multiple Full Life Cycle Experience using Oracle FINANCE
SCM Application Implementer
• 2 years experience in SCM, databases, and end-user training
• Experience supporting and/or implementing web-based recruiting systems and payroll interfaces a plus
• Prior experience with ADP payroll systems a plus
• Strong report writing skills using Crystal Reports
• Multiple Full Life Cycle Experience using Oracle SCM
ERP Application Implementer
• Fresh Graduates welcome
• Knowledge in Banking, Telecom and Utilities is a plus
• Development of SCM/ FINANCIALS/ HRMS/ HYPERION Systems is a plus
ERP Senior Application Implementer
• 3 years overall experience out of which 2 years experience in SCM/ FINANCIALS/ HRMS/ HYPERION applications
• Ability to respond to RFPs, Prepare Offers, and Participate in presales activities and presentations
• Knowledge in Banking, Telecom and Utilities is a plus
• Development of SCM/ FINANCIALS/ HRMS/ HYPERION Systems is a plus
