full time Technical Support Engineer

Qualifications:
-Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
-Strong problem-solving and presentation skills
-Can work on a midshift schedule
-Preferably a fresh graduate of BS. ECE, Computer Engineering and other IT-related course


Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide first-hand Technical Support for Global Clients on the installation, operation, setup, and networks of Digital Video Recorders,cameras and other CCTV components.
- Respond to client's technical concerns in an efficient, courteous, and timely manner.
- Provide diagnostic findings to establish essential information for the resolution of client concerns.
- Replicate software and hardware related problems to create a consistent findings.
- Handle Technical Sales on client requirements for an effective CCTV solution which will then be forwarded to Global Accounts Executives (Sales Engineers).
- Briefly explain to target clients the capability of electronic components (IC, MCU, ADC/DAC, compression chip) that are incorporated on the DVR/CCTV products.
- Evaluate clients' concerns for the improvement of CCTV product which will then be forwarded to Research and Development.
- Utilize the use of technical concepts such as DDNS, DHCP, FTP, UNIX/Linux, SSH, Router settings, etc. to attend client concerns.
- Provide a complete documentation of reported Technical Concerns for future references.
- Report monthly summaries of the products and provide recommendations
